I have won an auction. What happens now?
As per the terms and conditions - The Buyer agrees to purchase the package if they are the highest bidder and to pay by Credit Card within 72 hours. The Buyer agrees that once payment has been processed the relationship is now between the package provider and the Buyer. RHHA has no further responsibilities. You will receive confirmation via email.

Can I make changes to my booking?
Amendments to a reservation are generally possible, however you may be subject to cancellation or amendment fees in doing so. There is no guarantee but it is up to the package provider to look at each situation individually but you will find most managers fairly accommodating if possible.

I need help with my booking - who do I contact?
Resort Hotel Holiday Auctions does provide a page where you can contact us with any issues or problems that may arise with the site.

How does the bidding Process work?
Once you are registered with Resort Hotel Holiday Auctions you may bid on any packages you wish. All packages have a reserve price which has to be met before the auction is then live to the highest bidder. You will be advised if the reserve has been met or not. You will also get confirm once the reserve has been met and that you are currently the highest bidder. Also, if you have been out bid you get the chance to increase your previous bid by the next stated increment i.e. $10.00.

Can I cancel my bid?
Once bids are placed, no retraction are possible. Resort Hotel Holiday Auctions are committed to protecting the integrity of the auction process. Retracting bids would compromise this integrity. We encourage you to take great care when placing your bid as once made, we are unable to withdraw it from a live sale.
